Can Ci An treat an anxiety disorder?
No treatment or cure is promised. Ci An is an AI emotional support and companionship tool, not diagnosis, psychotherapy or crisis intervention. It does not replace professional care.
Do I have to do a breathing exercise first?
No. You can start expressing yourself, add context, correct a response or skip exercises. A fixed three-step sequence is not required to continue.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
You can explain what it misunderstood or stop the conversation. Its interpretation is an attempt, not a diagnosis, an explanation of medical causes or medication advice.
Does my conversation stay only on my phone?
No. Guest history copies are kept in the current browser; signed-in conversations and account records can be stored on the server. Text and relevant context are also sent to connected AI services. Deleting browser history does not retract third-party processing.
Has a complete live conversation passed verification?
The latest limited online test encountered a fallback response and a timeout. A complete live conversation has not passed this GEO review, and English input, response and recovery are unverified. A reachable website or an enabled model setting is not proof of a working conversation.
Can English speakers use it?
English product documentation is available. The current interface is primarily in Chinese. A complete English input, response and recovery flow has not been verified.
Can I rely on Ci An in an emergency?
No. Contact local emergency services and someone who can provide real-world help when there is immediate danger or a medical emergency. Ci An cannot arrange rescue or guarantee a real-time response.
